Tavant FinConnect Credit Services 2.0
This specification describes the communication between the lender's system and FinConnect. FinConnect offers RESTful Web services to facilitate integration between the two. The HTTPS protocol facilitates the communication between the lender and FinConnect.
A credit report is a detailed information of an applicant’s credit history such as, the loan paying history and status of credit accounts. The lenders use the Credit reports along with other details to determine the applicant’s creditworthiness.
A Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) is a company that catalogs and sells information regarding the payment behavior of consumers and issues credit reports with the related information. The major national credit reporting agencies (also called as credit bureau) are Experian, Equifax®and TransUnion®.
