MISMO Format

FinConnect request is based on MISMO format, but it is simplified and customized to support custom attributes that are required by some service providers. That is, FinConnect supports service providers that adhere to MISMO standard as well as providers who have proprietary custom data formats. It essentially simplifies the request to enable lenders to integrate relatively quick, reduced time, and effort spent on integrations and focus on borrower experience.

MISMO Integrations supported -

• FinConnect currently supports MISMO 2.x based request and response for Credit Reports, Fannie Mae DU AUS and Day 1 Certainty, Freddie Mac LPA, Income and Employment verification, Flood Certification, Fraud, and AVM.
• MISMO 3.x based request is supported for Mortgage Insurance Rate Quote, Property Tax Estimate, and so on.
