Transaction Management

The FinConnect dashboard allows administrators from customer teams to view details of all transactions passing through FinConnect. Transaction widgets allows a consolidated view of transactions and metrics around the types of services used on FinConnect and counts related to the transactions.

The following metrics can track.

• Overall transaction count for the account.
• The number of failed transactions.
• Connector wise split view of all transactions.
• Last 10 transactions view that includes essential details around.
• Transaction time

• Transaction type

• Transaction status

• User details who initiated the transaction

FinConnect dashboard provides the transaction updates as shown below.

Additional widgets allow the administrator to view specific events that have transpired on FinConnect during the selected transaction process. This includes event details related to time, status, etc. and the details are sorted in the order of the events. Additionally, in the event, there were errors in the system, the user can view details related to those and contact FinConnect support for any help. The error trace view gives the administrator a quick insight of an error during the transaction process. If possible, it provides a means to quick solution for the error and continues the transaction process.
