Tax Transcripts

A Tax Transcript is a quick summary of the important tax information from a person's federal tax return.

Form 4506-T is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) document that is used to retrieve past tax transcripts that are on the file with the IRS. The document must be signed by the taxpayer along with the date of signature, thus giving the third party permission to retrieve the taxpayer's data. The 4506-T Direct report verifies a borrower’s personal or business tax returns according to I.R.S records. Each tax transcript order requires a borrower-signed 4506-T form.
