Verification of Asset (VOA)

The Verification of Assets is a process conducted to make sure that the assets mentioned in the loan application actually exist. The Asset service retrieves the borrower’s asset Information that is used for verification to facilitate the underwriting process.

The following are the services offered by a VOA system:

• Initiate a new VOA order

• Retrieve a VOA report

• Check the status of a VOA order

• Cancel a VOA order
