Vendor Management
While onboarding a new vendor, FinConnect handles the following:
- Storing common data that is required for making a call to the vendor. So that FinConnect clients are free from any non-business-related data while calling the vendor.
- FinConnect has the option of managing the credentials for each vendor.
- FinConnect can support calls to multiple vendors in the same service area with a very minimal or without making code changes for the clients. For example, for making a call to a different credit vendor, there is no need to write a new code for the client. The client can call different vendor just by passing the product code shared by FinConnect.
- FinConnect has the capability of calling different vendor in same service area, based on some predefined logic. (Refer to multiplexing settings for more details.)
